Delivery and Returns

Delivery 

When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming dispatch and with details for tracking your delivery. 

Depending on your location delivery may take up to 10 working days for stock items. If item is not in stock, please refer to individual lead times for product. We will not deliver orders until all items are in stock. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however delivery to remote areas may take longer. 

buydesign does not ship internationally. 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect items once order has been placed. If the wrong shipping address is provided or if customer is not home to take delivery of items additional delivery charges may apply. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Please choose carefully as no refunds will be provided for change of mind or incorrect selection. We will provide refund or exchange if items are defective or damaged, with the exclusion of CLEARANCE items which have any defects or damages clearly stated in their product description (please read our returns policy below). 

Returns Policy

At buydesign we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. 

Therefore, we recommend reading our returns policy prior to making a purchase. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Conditions of Sale. 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will need to contact buydesign for the return address. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

If you haven’t received within 7 days of notification, please contact us at 1300 724 174 or info@buydesign.com.au. Please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. There are no refunds or returns for Sale or Clearance items. Please note item description on CLEARANCE items as they are often discounted due to defects and damage. However, many CLEARANCE items are in new condition and are simply end of lines or discontinued products. buydesign will not accept return or exchange of clearance items.
