RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At buydesing.com.au we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Therefore, we recommend reading our return policy prior to making a purchase.
We hope you love your online purchase however if you change your mind, you are welcome to return items for a store credit, exchange or refund if the product is:
* returned within 14 days of delivery
* was not purchased with a sale price
* has not been used
* is not soiled or damagedc
* is returned in its original packaging
Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable on change of mind purchases.
Faulty or damaged product can be returned at any time, even if the product was purchased with a sale price or during a promotion, with the exclusion of our CLEARANCE items which have any defects or damages clearly stated in their product description.
Store credit are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Beyond 30 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to Buydesign.com.au damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund. The best thing to do is contact customer support and explain your situation. Let’s resolve this together!
I want to return a product, what should I do?
After familiarizing yourself with our Return/Refund policy, send an e-mail to our customer service department at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase. In your email, please include the below items of information:
- Order #
- Detailed Reason for Return
We do our best to facilitate all exchange requests, however if the requested size or style is unavailable online at the time of processing your return please understand we will not be able to fulfil your request.
All approved refunds are processed through a secure payment gateway and onto the payment type that was used for the original purchase, within 7 days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of notification, please contact us at 1300 724 174 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Faulty or Damaged Product
We want you to be completely happy with the product you have purchased, if you believe that you have received faulty or damages merchandise it can be returned at any time, including sales merchandise with the exclusion of our CLEARANCE items which have any defects or damages clearly stated in their product description. We will happy provide a full refund, replacement or store credit, including all shipping costs.
Please contact us in writing at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number with accompanying images of the damaged item and any damaged packaging, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
If product is deemed to be faulty or damaged, we will replace it in the first instance, or we may issue you with a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the fault or damaged merchandise.
* The quicker you can alert us of the problem, the more change we have of still having the product in stock to enable an exchange.
