Shipping & Delivery

All shipping services and prices are quoted at checkout once a delivery address is specified for the items currently in the shopping bag.


Furniture can only be shipped within Australia and shipping costs will vary based on location, product dimensions and weight.

 

For items in stock we aim to dispatch orders received within 48 hours. 

If item is not in stock, please refer to individual lead times for product qouted on the website. We will not deliver orders until all items are in stock, unless otherwise agreed.

 

During busy sale periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number within 48 hours so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery updated, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.


We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address & ensure someone is available to avoid delays. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect items once the order has been placed. If the wrong shipping address is provided or if there is no-one on site to accept the delivery of items additional delivery charges may apply.
