       Please note: KE-ZU does not offer delivery services. All items purchased through Buy Design must be collected from the KE-ZU warehouse in BOTANY, NSW.

      The exact warehouse address and collection instructions will be provided in your order confirmation.

Collection Details

        • All items are sold as is. Product condition is clearly described in each listing.

        • Items are not boxed. Each piece will be covered with a plastic bag for basic protection only.

        • For enhanced protection during transport, we strongly recommend using a professional furniture removalist and requesting blanket wrapping.

        • Product dimensions are provided on each item page to assist with planning transport and advising your courier on cubic volume.

Shipping Responsibility

        • KE-ZU does not organise or facilitate delivery services.

        • It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange collection and transport from our warehouse.

        • KE-ZU staffs are available during warehouse hours to assist with handover but will not box, handle or secure items in third-party vehicles.

Lead Times & Availability

        • Collection will be available within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

        • During sale periods or high-demand times, there may be short delays in processing and collection scheduling.

Returns & Consumer Guarantees

        All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:

        • Incorrect purchases

        • Changes to personal circumstances

        • Change of preference on size, colour, or style

        However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain unaffected. This includes consumer guarantees that products:

        • Match the description provided

        • Are of acceptable quality as described

        • Are fit for the disclosed purpose

        If a product fails to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.

Liability Disclaimer

        Once items are collected from the KE-ZU warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or mishandling that occurs in transit or after handover.

        Please ensure your transport provider is equipped to safely handle and move furniture.
